About the Youth Account

This account is for young people under 25 who want a secure place to keep their money while making everyday transactions. All you need is Vt5,000 for your opening deposit. You can bank online or on mobile. Your PacifiCard lets you get cash out at BSP ATMs and shop with EFTPoS. Plus, you’ll earn interest every month, making your money work hard while it’s in the bank.

Existing Customers:

2 Valid IDs: Current Passport, Driver’s License, National ID or VNPF ID for Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (s) and Signatories which must reflect Name, DOB, Residential Address, Photo ID or 1 Signature specimen
New Customers:

Valid IDs: Current Passport, Driver’s License, National ID or VNPF ID for Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (s) and Signatories which must reflect Name, DOB, Residential Address, Photo ID or 1 Signature specimen

Proof of Address: Bank statement or Letter from the school to confirm residential address

Proof of Income: Student/School Enrollment letter, Parental Consent, Scholarship confirmation.

– 2 x either of these Primary ID: Current Passport, Driver’s License or National ID or VNPF for Ultimate Beneficiary Owner.

– Provide Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement.

– Provide Proof of Income: Employment letter or pay slips.
